Surfside Beach is a small beach town located just south of Myrtle Beach and north of Garden City. The area has two miles of wide beach and prides itself on being exceptionally family-friendly. This laid-back beach town has a fishing pier, water-park and several decadent restaurants. Many visitors park their car upon arrival to Surfside Beach and travel on foot, by bike or on a golf cart for the remainder of their trip.
Surfside Beach's ocean is easily accessed by using one of the 36 beach access points in town. Restrooms and showers can even be found at four separate locations along the beach, making Surfside Beach one of the most convenient places to spend your day on the beach. Lifeguard stations are located at ten different points on the beach.
Navigating around Surfside Beach is easy and hassle-free. Hop on Highway 17 and travel north towards Myrtle Beach or south towards Garden City.
